Due to our success we are looking to hire a Sales & Office Assistant for a part-time position, Mon-Fri, 9 am – 1 pm for our Mississauga office. Our Sales & Office Assistant will hold an important role in supporting the team with focus on the sales department. We prefer you have experience in an administrative / assisting role but for us the most important thing would be your personal adequacy.

Your profile:

  • Strong computer competency and typing skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Candidate must present a professional image and be flexible to assume a variety of duties
  • Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to support team members as needed.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Answering multi location phone line in a professional manner and directing calls as required
  • Provide support to our sales and service team
  • Maintaining of our costumer database
  • Telemarketing
  • Order supplies and keep an eye on the general tidiness in our showroom
  • Performing other duties consistent with the job classification, as assigned
